Collaboration
Sometimes you just want to *show* your work — a preview for a client, a link on social, or a review from someone outside your team. For that, you don’t invite anyone; you toggle a public read-only share link. This guide covers how to turn it on and what differs by plan.
Read-only
Viewing is allowed, editing is not — so no one with the link can accidentally change your work.
Share analytics
View stats that let the owner see how much a share link is being opened.
People with the link can view the project without signing in or having an account — but they cannot edit.
Turn on the share link
Toggle the share link with ⌘⇧S, or search “공유 링크 켜기/끄기” (Turn share link on/off) in the command palette (⌘K). Only the project owner can manage the link.
Press ⌘⇧S to turn the share link on.
Once on, a copyable link appears.
Copy the link and send it to whoever you want to show.
They just open the link and can view instantly — no account needed.
To stop sharing, press ⌘⇧S again to turn it off.
Once off, that link can no longer be opened.
The share link settings
Turn on the read-only share link, then copy and send it.
Differences by plan
Free plan: share links expire after 24 hours.
Pro plan: no expiry, plus you can protect the link with a password.
Share analytics: owners can see how the link is being viewed via share analytics.
The Free plan’s 24-hour expiry is more about “temporary sharing” than security. If you need it open longer or password-protected, consider Pro.
For the per-plan details on expiry, passwords and more, see Plans & pricing.
Share links are view-only. If someone needs to edit with you, invite them as a collaborator by email instead.
Can people with the link change anything?
No. Share links are read-only, so viewing only. To edit together, invite them as a collaborator.
How do I stop sharing?
Turn the link off with ⌘⇧S. After that, the link can no longer be opened.
Can I see who viewed the link?
As the owner, you can check how much the link has been viewed via share analytics.
