nidavellir is an online workspace to create and edit proposals, pitch decks, concept boards, prototypes, videos and kanban boards with AI assistance, and to collaborate in real time. It is offered as a Free plan and paid Pro/Team subscriptions; paid plans unlock more projects, concurrent runs, collaboration and version history. Per-plan features are listed on the pricing page.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your credentials and account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts where we detect fraud, automation abuse or security breaches. The Service is not directed to children under 14.

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions that auto-renew for the billing cycle you choose (monthly or annual); prices are shown on the pricing page in US Dollars (USD). Web payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle), which collects applicable sales tax/VAT and issues invoices. Card numbers, CVC and other payment-instrument details are not stored by nidavellir; they are handled by Paddle and the payment processor.

Where in-app purchases are offered through the App Store/Google Play, those purchases are governed by the respective store policies and billing systems, separately from the web-payment terms above.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Subscriptions auto-renew for the same interval (monthly/annual) until cancelled. You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops auto-renewal and you keep paid features until the end of the current billing period (no charge for the next cycle). Where a free trial is offered, you will be charged for the paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. We give reasonable advance notice of any price change. Cancellation and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy. As a summary, the first payment of a new subscription may be refunded if requested within 14 days of the charge; refunds may be limited in cases of fraud, refund abuse, breach of these Terms or excessive usage. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory statutory withdrawal or refund rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

You agree not to:

• • create or distribute content that infringes law or third-party rights (IP, privacy, etc.);
• • disrupt, overload, gain unauthorized access to, or reverse-engineer the Service;
• • make excessive automated requests or otherwise place abnormal load on the Service;
• • distribute malware, spam, phishing or fraud, or deceive or harass others;
• • exploit security vulnerabilities or generate/distribute illegal content;
• • any use that would violate Paddle's Acceptable Use Policy.

We retain all rights in the Service and its software, design, logos, UI and documentation. You retain ownership of the data you input and the content you create with the Service; we process it only to provide and improve the Service. AI-generated output is not guaranteed to be accurate, remains your responsibility to review, and you are responsible for ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights.

We may modify or discontinue the Service or plans with reasonable notice, and may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or incident response. We will notify you in advance of any material adverse change to paid features.

The Service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free and is provided "as is." The Service and AI output do not replace professional medical, legal or financial judgment and should not be solely relied upon for high-stakes decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act; nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights or venue protections you have under applicable law.
