Paid subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual cycle; each plan's features, usage and concurrency limits match the pricing page. Where a free trial is offered, the trial length and when billing starts are shown before checkout.

Subscriptions auto-renew for the same interval until cancelled. If a payment fails, Paddle retries for a period; if payment is not confirmed, access to paid features may be restricted.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops auto-renewal; you keep paid features until the end of the current billing period (it is not an immediate termination). You can cancel from your account billing settings, the Paddle portal (https://paddle.net), or by emailing [email protected].

Upgrades may take effect immediately, in which case proration may apply for the remaining term. Downgrades generally take effect from the next billing cycle. Exact proration and timing follow the payment processor (Paddle).

We give reasonable advance notice of any price change. New prices apply to existing subscribers from the next renewal after notice, and you may cancel before that renewal.

Depending on your location, VAT/GST or similar taxes may be added to the listed price; our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle), calculates and collects these at checkout and issues receipts.
